Home sweet home!!
The Ridges of Cascade is so wonderful to live at! The community is great and the management team is the best! They are always finding ways to really grow the community and do really fun resident events. It’s also super pet friendly. I have two dogs and they love living here. There are so many places to walk and when you stop in the office, Dottie and Nicole give them so much love and all the treats!! My dog literally begs to go to the office and see them! The maintenance team is also top notch.... They are so fast at responding to any requests and do a phenomenal job of keeping the property looking beautiful. Can’t say enough good things about living here - it’s an amazing place to call home.

Best apartment complex in GR
My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half and we love it. The apartments are spacious. They all have attached garages which is so nice in the winter. The staff is so friendly and attentive. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this is by far my favorite.

One of the best in Grand Rapids
I toured a lot of apartments in the Grand Rapids area. What help me make my final decision as to where to move is the professional service and I received. Ridges Of Cascade is complete with luxury finishes immaculate landscaping and spectacular location. The management was extremely helpful when I wanted to move in. They went out of their way to make sure every sure everything was with smooth. The maintenance staff is very professional and prompt when needed. I think anyone would enjoy... living here.
