Loving the community
I recently moved into the apartment in March. And first off the space in the apartment, I live in a 2 bed 1 bath, is huge. Secondly, since moving into the apartment I have noticed so much with the community and how the new owners act with tenants.

Okay but could be more
Price is OK for the space you get but missing your own personal washing machine/ dryer in your apartment. Sharing a washer and dryer with every one can be difficult at times

Outdated Buildings, Poor management
If you get a newly renovated apartment, the renovations are poorly and cheaply done. Terrible management and that’s if you can actually speak to anyone on the phone. It’s a game of cat and mouse just to contact someone. Laundry rooms are incredibly dirty, water damage throughout the building and outdoor awnings are falling apart. The same amount for rent can get you a way better apartment elsewhere.

Terrible communication
I paid the $50 to apply, but was then unable to get a single person from Regency on the phone. I was supposed to have a tour the next day, but never received a link or phone call or anything. I can reach Tricap residential group, but they have almost no useful information and were unable to connect me with anyone at 611. They do have one # for a 611 agent, but it goes to voicemail every time. One agent has emailed me back a few times repeatedly asking for documents I can't provide. I've left... voicemails and texts and sent emails requesting that somebody call me. I will absolutely be disputing the charge for the application.
