Terrible communication and environment.

I have had my mail stuck three times now because they won’t fix the mailboxes. There is mold in the hallway. The a/c unit smells like mildew. It is impossible to get someone to assist you with a problem. They charge huge fees for rent transactions. They charge way too much rent for what amenities (which they really aren’t any) that are here.

Horrible

As of this date the complex has turned into a complete dump ran by the worst management company around, MTH Management. Dont even look here to live, trust the hundreds of reviews on them. this place is disgusting, literally drawing flies from dog parks and dumpsters.

Will not give security deposit back and will charge you on top of it

Everything thing was great up until move out. My roommate and I got a notice that we were EACH being charged 450 for “damage” to our unit. In the letter it said that damage was to the wall in bedroom A and damage to the walls in the livingroom. When I disputed the charges, she said I forfeited the right to know because I didn’t send a forwarding address— so make sure you do that. My roommate had the charges so I just wanted clarification on it. After emails she finally said the damage was... “several nail holes in several walls”. I received an email from her prior to move out explicitly saying “DO NOT patch or repair nail holes”. When I brought it up to her she said that I would have gotten charged regardless because I do not have the same skill set as the people who fix their walls. First of all, how do nail holes cost $900 to fix? Second off, don’t tell someone not to do something then charge them anyways. I asked her what my security deposit was being used for then if not for the damages. After that she said I owed $150 which is whatever. To me it felt like if I didn’t mention the security deposit to her, she would have had me pay $450 and then would have still kept my $300 deposit. If you live here, I advise you to not hang ANYTHING on the wall. And even if you are to fix the nail holes after move out that she told you not to fix , she will STILL charge you for the “damages” because you don’t have the right “skillset” to fix them. Good luck getting a security deposit back from this place.
