It’s amazing how much they care and treat me and my service dog, even gave me a parking spot, so he didn’t get hit by a car because either drivers go too fast, and they’re not expecting him to be there.

The Tate on Howard is a nice place to live. The biggest perk is how close it is to campus. However, I feel like they don't have enough staff to be the best they can be. They are still trying to get everything done it just feels like they are spread a little thin. I would love to see how they would be operating if they had adequate staffing and funding to maintain the property. They have been working on completing two gates for close to a year, and there is general maintenance of parking lot that... I don't think is supported. Overall, I would mostly recommend The Tate to people who want to be close to campus and that was a priority.
Oh, and watch the speed bumps if you're coming through, they are steep!

Leasing office staff are very helpful and nice. Maintenance can be slow but the staff is very friendly. The kitchen and living room are updated and spacious. The bedrooms are nice as well.
