Maintenance isn't good, rent is expensive, paint on doors are awful, parking is decent, when renewing lease for 2nd year rent went up. Should go down if renewing

I moved in a little more than a month ago and the front office leasing team are friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy was needed once and came a day after I called. Thus far the complex seems like a good place to call home!
