Nice place to live. They do a great job at snow removal and the gym is nice. The outdoor pool was closed all last summer, with no explanation of why.

I just moved in December 6th and my experience has been good thus far. I love my apartment and the location. When I needed maintenance done they came quickly and I received a courtesy call when the job was done.

I love all the amenities included!! Especially the gym and both indoor and outdoor pools. It’s generally quiet at my apartment which is nice as a student who is often studying!

The apartment itself is very roomy and nice for a renovated apartment. I also appreciate having a carport but there is nothing special that makes this complex stand out.
The communication here could definitely be better from maintenance coming to complete requests to complex wide changes/updates. When we moved in June we were told the outdoor pool and the other gym would be open in a few weeks. It is now December and the pool wasn't open all summer and the other gym is still not available for... use.
Also, getting in touch with the leasing office over the phone/email isn't the best either. It is iffy if/when they will respond.
Overall, average place to live. It's not the best but could bd worse.
