Appfolio portal in your first week and haven't had your approved issues
fixed within your first 2 weeks of the work order being submitted then
dinner is on us. This benefit allows you to claim up to a $50 Doordash
card. You must be part of your property manager's resident benefits and currently be in good payment standing with your monthly benefit charges.

As part of our commitment to providing a safe and secure living environment, we require all tenants to obtain renters insurance with the following coverage:

$300,000 in Liability coverage
$3,000 in Medical Payments to Others
Personal property- full replacement amount
