I have only been here for about two days now, but so far everything has been just fine! Not too noisy, cars don’t fly by, and I recently found out I’m near the garbage. That’s nice.

The apartment community is very quiet and pleasant to live at. If you need help the office will reach out to in about 24 hours or less. I never had any problems with the community

I've lived at Waters Edge for almost 2 years and I can't say enough about my great experience. From the office staff to maintenance, they make sure you are happy. I love this place not to mention the rent is affordable, I plan to be here for a while.

Love it here. Really nice community. Only problem is the rent is expensive for one bedroom apartment. But everything else is amazing. Really amazing community.
