STAY AWAY
Rent's way too high and they give you nothing for it. Parking is a nightmare. The potholes in the driveway were "patched" but it did nothing to help. The water switches from streaming hot to ice cold without warning. Needless to say I'm not renewing my lease and I can't wait for it to end.

for what you pay is not worth it!
Drakeshire review: I'm going to start this review with 5 stars and subtract from what I feel is fair. I'm taking away one star because this apartment complex charges you for water, I have never seen that before. Also the water switches to often from hot and cold, in a flash. A hafe star for parking setup, there have been times that I had to park on the opposite side of the complex. A hafe star for being to close to the train tracks. I have been woken up by a passing train blaring its air horn.... Another hafe star for the up keep IE the driveway to meny potholes, and their idea of fixing it was a really bad patch job. A whole star for the amenities, all they have is a club house that has a TV, couch and a computer that closes at 5PM that's it. A hafe star for their laundry rooms I was told when I first moved in that the laundry rooms where going to be remolded, it never happend. One set of washer and dryer per building. That I believe is priced to high. My questuon is to this place now we are paying for the water, will they bring down the price.
