Me and my roommate stayed here for 2 years and it was great. the prices were reasonable and its got a great location for a nice walk from there to the downtown area. All the neighbors were very nice and were respectful with noise. Our landlord Bryan was extremely attentive and made sure we were fully satisfied during our time there. I would highly recommend living here!!

Awesome place to live
Hands down, honestly the best landlord I've ever had. Bryan is a really nice guy and very accommodating. When I initially moved in, he gave me a couple days leeway and was a total champ about it, very understanding. The only reason I moved is because I changed jobs. Any time I needed a repair, I simply put a request in online and the handyman showed up literally in less than an hour to fix whatever was needed, every time. These apartments are in a very quiet area, have nice amicable... neighbors, and there are multiple convenient stores and a supermarket located nearby. It is also a short walk to downtown Marine City to all the bars and restaurants (about 10 min.). Downtown St. Clair is also close (10 min. drive). Lots of parks up and down M-29 with beautiful views of the river. I had a very spacious 2 BR that was definitely worth the money. Utilities are also reasonable. Convenient laundry rooms are located on site close to the apartments. Did I mention my deck that had a great view of Belle River? The sunsets were lovely. Location is also pet friendly. All around a great experience, I wished I could have stayed.

5 Star Living - Amazing People
I couldn't be more happy with my past 3 years living at Belle River Apartments. The people are amazing. We really enjoy watching the boats pass by on our porch.

Bryan and Roger
My daughter and I have lived in Belle River Apartments for over a year now, and everything here is still great! The owner Bryan is very intelligent, kind, understanding, and yet quite professional. And then there is Roger, the harder working (than any I have seen) maintenance man. They are both extraordinary men that go the extra mile to help people. I would like to thank them both very much, Sherry
