The apartment has very large rooms for a very low price. Great school district (north muskegon) but there's no space other than actual apartments. And share a parking lot with subway. Free laundry for floor as well.

Beverly Hills Apartments
The Beverly Hills Apartments of North Muskegon, in my experience, is a relatively nice place to live. I live in a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom is quite large, the second bedroom above average, and the third room (my room) is fairly small. It has a less than mediocre kitchen which can barely accommodate 2 people trying to walk through it, but a very large living room connected to a dining room, with large windows across the entire wall looking down to... the parking lot. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, which help quite a bit. One is in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Very easy to operate. If you rent an apartment here, you can also rent a garage. The garage is a one stall garage and you do not receive electricity in it. For parking, our parking lot is relatively small, but it only has to fit vehicles from 3 buildings due to our location compared to the other apartments. The parking spaces are slanted and not cramped together, however if you plan on using more than 2 vehicles, each additional vehicle after 2 will have to be parked in the visitor parking lot, a decent distance from the building. (Not fun in the winter) the sidewalk through from the parking lot to the visitor parking lot , crossing a road, is always clear of snow in the winter, however people tend to be greedy with their parking habits in the visitor parking lot during the winter. Many times I have had to walk twice that distance because of a snow pile in the visitor parking lot or people not parking correctly. In the apartment building, there is a laundry room in the basement. It uses high capacity maytag laundromat machines. 1 dryer and 2 washers. They do cost money to use, $1.50, so if you have a lot of laundry to do I would suggest contacting a friend who has their own appliances. Also on that note, the kitchen has an electric, 4 burner stove top and oven, as well as a double sink with spray hose and a dishwasher. There is not much interaction between residents at thsee apartments, but the smell of Marijuana will often grace your nostrils, or trash/cat litter if you have irresponsible neighbors who just throw it out their door. Rent is very reasonable, I believe we pay close to 800 for the apartment and garage, with water included. Speaking utilities, only the living room and master bedroom have a cable jack in them. Also, each individual apartment has its own hot water heater and it is very efficient.
