I would not recommend this complex to anyone. Maintenance does not respond to your work orders in a timely matter at all and it’s clear they do not care about their job. There needs to be updates to the apartments yet they’re charging more rent. The floor creeky and feels as though there’s lumps underneath you; there’s always a disgusting smell in the hallways that get into your apartment among other things.

Decent place to live, awful place for maintenance. Better hope nothing goes wrong or ur waiting for over 3 months

I think the communication to residents via text on maintenance issues is outstanding. My non-emergency issue seems to be taking much longer than expected. I understand there are many residents in the complex that may also have work orders in so I'm going to be patient .

I’ve spread my word on various rental sites, left messages for the corporate office, tried reasoning with office staff, it’s no use. Nothing getting fixed/repaired timely, Spiders are still invading my unit and no one is helping, when it rains hard-water seeps through the cracks in the brick foundation and into my living room, can not open my living room window because it doesn’t have a screen, maintenance request are completely ignored or marked “completed” when I haven’t even been contacted... about the issue.
