Great place, great vibes—just don’t judge them by their website
The place is awesome. The apartments are great, the price is perfect, and utilities are included. We’ve already paid our application fee, got approved, and are just waiting to sign the lease. We’re excited to move in a couple of months.
Now, full transparency: if you’re the type to Google everything like I do, you might not find a traditional or established leasing site or a ton of online reviews. But don’t let that scare you—this is a legitimate family-run business. They have great customer... service, the leasing process has been smooth, and the complex itself is in a great location near shopping, groceries, and gyms.
It’s a brand-new development, so amenities aren’t in sight yet, but the apartments themselves are grand 1,000 square feet, in-unit laundry, a balcony (or patio), and security cameras all around the property.
