horrible
i lived there for 3 years .the management does not care about the tenants the maintenance man like to charge you for everything .They charged me a full months rent on the day i was suppose to move i couldn't they were having the parking lot resurfaced they are the worst place i ever rented from stay away from pineveiw estates

Income based apartment.
Not terrible for an income based apartment and location. Most of the people living here are friendly. The down side is it can be extremely loud here all hours of the night, the apartment manager doesn't do much about it. My apartment always smells like cigarettes(I am a nonsmoker). Rent keeps going up in price no matter if your brining in more income or still making the same every month. The main office has "scheduled" hours but they never seem to be in when you need them. On the positive side,... the apartment was very clean when I moved in, if you need maintenance work done it is done quickly, very good at keeping up with snow plowing.

Pine View Estates
Unlike the other two apartment complexes close by Pine View Estates offers two and three bedroom apartments. All apartments come with washer and Dryer hook up, dishwasher, central air, master bedroom with walk in closet and bathroom The second bathroom is next to the second bedroom. There is a large pool with lounge chairs and tables.There is also a laundromat by the office.The entire complex is very well maintained and the manager and maintenance crew are very helpful. The ideal place for... middle class people looking for a great place to live.

A lot better than my last apartment :)
Although the location/neighborhood is known to be a bit violent or whatever, as a current tenant, I believe this place is one of the best for the money. I didn't have a washer/dryer so they conveniently installed one for my roommate and I and we only have to pay a small fee to use them. That's a lot better than dragging our dirty clothes on the bus and taking them to a dirty laundromat. The place is very clean and has a balcony, so I can go out and get some fresh air without having to go too far... . It's a good place to have a meal with family/friends on a nice day. The thing I like the most about it is that it doesn't have the bars that balconies usually do. It has half a wall so there's added privacy. Plus there's a storage area in a closet on the balcony. The kitchen is good, there's a lot of storage space. I couldn't believe how big the closets were when I first checked this place out! Everything about this place is outstanding. It's along the bus line so we can get to and from transportation easily. The service is also great. If there's anything we need at all they're right there to help. They're also friendly, not like our former landlord that wanted to be nice and help out only when it was convenient for her. 5 stars!!
