We just recently moved in and fellow neighbors have been extremely friendly already and welcoming. The staff have been wonderful. The Townhouse is a very nice size for an apartment complex. We are gonna love it here

I have lived at Prinwood for a year and it's been great. The staff are helpful and prompt, and it a nice, quiet community. I would recommend Prinwood to anyone looking for someplace to rent.

Nonexistent office staff-average life span is 6 months or less for the office staff. Upper manager is slow to respond. Buy your own sidewalk salt and shovel-- not enough maintenance staff ability to do them on weekends.
