I chose these because the balcony and the pool and so close to work a few days in and the smell of marijuana was so strong in the hall it was coming into my apartment. Shortly after I went down to our storage unit to find out three including ours was broken into and all of our good stuff even personal items like my family pictures of my kid growing up and ornaments he made over the years were gone. Sherry who is manager said they had got the guy and the break-ins continued over a long period of... time. The walls were so thin you can hear everything form all neighbors. People were constantly moving in and out and I’m assuming it’s because there front desk manager can be very rude I did like the apartment and would of stayed longer if not for those few things and all my neighbors were moving out around the same time our looking for place. It can be a nice place but the basement flooding on top of loosing all those items then when said they caught the guy finnaly we then loose more things from water damage. There was black mold growing into the basements which when I told them they said we will take care of it, which didn’t happen so I went down and got what I could after a year wait. Then we started noticing it in our bathroom it goes on in on.

You get what you pay for.
I choose these apartments because I was in love with the private balcony and the walk in closet. I don't mind living here so much, its quiet. Neighbors are nice. The pool is nice, however it opens a month later than normal apartments (opens in June instead of memorial weekend). However the staff is mean and rude, they take forever to fix anything, and they are hard to get a hold of. Every time I call the office, no one is there even during business hours. I've resorted to attempting to fix... everything myself and calling them if I can't. The office manager acts like you are an inconvenience to her. Its the perfect place to live, if you plan on never asking the office for help even though, that is why you pay them rent.
