I wish I could give a negative rating.I would not repeat all the problems - everything said by all other reviews are completely true. My advice - Rent looks cheap, but it's deceiving and only realize when you move out. They wouldn't return the deposit when you move out, no matter how clean you leave it before moving out. The appliances are archaic. HVAC is so old that you get minimum $100 energy bill - no matter winter or summer. Apparently there are no cost savings if you consider the energy... bills loss of security deposit. Better to spend $100-$200 more in other apartments near by. At least you get a better quality apartment for a few $100 more. Rent increases around 10% every year and if you choose month-to-month, the rent is increased by additional $250/month, with additional increase of $50 after 6 months. There will be a repair needed every other month. And if lucky, the heater will break down in middle of winter and no maintenance person will repair for at least 3 days. There is only one maintenance person for 3 apartment complex owned by Frankel management. Worst apartment I ever lived. And remember to take pictures before moving in and moving out. This will come in handy if you have to go to small claims court when they don't return the security deposit. Try to fill all the fields in the checklist they give at the time of moving in. They will find the one's that is blank and mention that item as damaged to hold the security deposit.

I have been living in the woodside apartment for half year and really enjoy it. Quiet and comfortable.
