Great place to live
I’ve lived in Gateway Townhomes for going on four years now and have not had any issues. Maintenance and property management have always been really great as well as very timely and responsive. Their ARE program is also very nice as it allows you to split your monthly rent into two payments which has definitely come in handy!

A good place to stay
I just signed my lease for the fourth time! Very nice community. There always some kind of activity hosted by the office during the summer for the kids.

Nice management
Nice property. Needs more maintenance help. But besides that it’s nice here. They have food trucks as well at certain times of the year. Free food

Property ok management sucks
If you're ok with outdated appliances and a manager who is heartless and hides in her office, this is the place for you.
