Unsafe
When I first moved in me and my boyfriend were told there was no crime in here. But that is the furthest from the truth. This should be a good area to live in and I no longer feel safe here. My boyfriends brand new truck was stolen from our parking lot a week ago along with another in the same lot in the same night. My vehicle was also ransacked during that time. There’s been nothing but sketchy people moving in lately and we feel someone is targeting specific people and has friends or people... they know coming in here causing problems. I went out to my car one night and had a random man shouting at me telling me to “come here.” Wishing I lived in a gated community right about now. I cannot wait till our lease is up and we can move somewhere safe.

Wonderful office ladies????
Lisa & Rikita at Shelby Oaks are professional,polite, and down to earth. They make sure you are taken care of and have great attitudes while doing so!Best office staff I ever had in apartment living. Five stars for these lovely ladies!??

Great place to live
I’ve lived at Shelby oaks for a few years now and I have to say it’s one of the best apartments I’ve lived at
The apartment are well maintained and if something needs attention Maintenance takes care of same day or next day. ????
All the staff is top notch, friendly and helpful. ??
Definitely check it out for yourself I promise you won’t be disappointed ????
