We're trying to cancel my mother's lease due to old age and health issues (She's moving with family). We have reach out via the website, reached out to the BBB, and sent emails. They are unresponsive. The apartments are never updated or maintained if you are a long-term tenant. The property isn't maintained well at all. Neighbors are rude and they don't care when you notify them. They rather you resolve the issue rather than them being accountable and being the liaison between tenants. Don't... waist your time unless you have no other option. We're going to reach out to the property owner.

Bleh!
I've been here for a few months, but I already know I'm leaving once the lease is up. I called multiple times about a leak in our storage unit. They never called back or tried to set up a time to fix the issue. When we had blizzards and it snowed, the lot was poorly plowed. My car and many others got stuck when asked to borrow a shove (since they didn't properly plow), they told us we wouldn't be able to borrow theirs. The dishwasher had been leaking because of a gap in the sink. We called and... matnence came but ultimately nothing was done because the landlord decided it wasn't an issue. The rent is okay, for the area, but this place is nothing to write home about. If someone urgently needed a place to stay, I would say go for it but, if you can wait for something better, then by all means. Also, the security deposit is ridiculous.

NO COMMUNICATION! STAY AWAY!
The leasing agents are so kind & helpful in the beginning. But do not apply here. They overpromise their units & take your deposits without communicating the necessary requirements in a timely matter. So thanks to their lack of communication we are out of an apartment.

Bed Bugs
I attempted to live here but within 3 hours of signing my lease and moving my belongings into the apartment, I found bed bugs crawling out of the carpet. After talking with the office staff, I was informed “they were not required to release this type of information before the lease was signed.” I was finally able to get my money back and out of the contract only after much arguing and contacting a lawyer. If I could put zero stars I would.

Old Fashion Affordable
Coach House Apartments is a decent apartment with not issues with rodents or bugs. The apartments are large and spacious but the appliance are outdated. My dishwasher has gotten to the point where it gives a fowl odor but since it still works they wont replace it. I will say the maintenance is reliable and respond quickly, however my biggest problem with the apartment complex is the leasing office staff. They are unpleasant, unhappy, and make one reluctant to go to them when you have issues with... your apartment. They are the main reason I am no longer living in this apartment. Them and the old appliance made this quiet and affordable apartment complex unwelcoming.
