DO NOT APPLY

This apartment complex is HIGHLY unprofessional and unorganized. Please be aware that their focus is collecting the $200 hold fee. They let us know we had 14 days to hold a spot for a unit. Please be aware that you only have 72hrs from approval to request a refund, but they will not give you any information needed to make a decision within that time frame. They took over 8 days to send us anything after approval and confirming we wanted to move forward. After we picked the day...
they waited until around 48hrs prior to the move in day to send over the letter with the rental price and deposit as well as the lease agreement. We ONLY received the information after endless calling and leaving multiple messages requesting the documents. Every time we called all they could tell us for almost two weeks was that we were approved, that was it. No deposit amount, no prorated move in amount, or an address to get services up. They claim the reason for the delay is because they have an influx of applicants, however they also make sure to not give you any information within your 72hr window to request your hold fee back. Please be aware that they are not responsive or forthcoming with information in regards to moving into their complex. They are incompetent and are unorganized to the point that I had to contact them to get ANY information and had to recalculate my own move-in amount because they had it incorrect, even though they took more than enough time "getting it together". Don't waste your time, the apartments do look very nice however, I wouldn't trust them.

I am a prospect. I viewed Tel Twelve apartments last week and had an awesome experience. The staff is very friendly and the residents that I came across on my tour of the community seemed to be rather pleasant as well. I am strongly considering moving here.

terrible

This property is very poorly managed. The communication is terrible and the rules aren’t consistent. I have a doctors note to have a dog and the complex denied it and threatened to put me out. Months later I see someone with dogs on the property everyday after. They need new management asap

NOT WORTH IT!

By the way, I need a new stove, shelves in my kitchen cabinet, there are two bee hives on my balcony, so o can never go out in the summer due to a swarm of bees being out there. My A/C central air, never ever gets cool in the summer, maintenance comes and never actually fix it. The fan in my bathroom comes on, but blows out nothing, my carpet needs cleaning, my bathroom tub needs work, the intercom doesn't work. Matter of fact, the whole system outside doesn't work cause I keep missing... packages due to the buzzard not going off.

If you see this. Please don't ask me to email because I have sent emails plenty of times and never received a response.
