My experience from the first phone call until now being a tenant for 4 months has been great. The move in process was quick and my apartment was very clean as well as the building.

Great place
The location is the biggest plus. Right next to major freeways, stores and restaurants. Maintenance is amazing. The few problems I had were fixed the same day. I highly recommend it here

Quiet and Clean Place to Live
I really like it here. Everyone is really nice at the office and maintenance is quick to fix things when you need then. I've been here for 3 years and never had any issues. I love that they have a fitness center and a big pool as it's super convenient for me instead of having to pay for a membership somewhere. I also really like that it's super secure with cameras, bright lights, gates and a security guard too.

Love where I love!!
I moved into Regal Towers almost a year ago, as I come up on my 1 year lease renewal I am excited to say I am going to renew again! I love my cozy little apartment! Anytime I have an issue maintenance always comes quickly! I love that there are so many cameras on the property especially since I live alone. It made my parents feel better about me being alone, not to mention security on site too! I have noticed as long as you follow the rules and pay your rent on time it overall is a very... enjoyable place to live I don't understand what everyone complaina about!!!

AMENITIES!!
I was blown away to find out the amount that Regal has to offer. Convenience store that delivers to your door, a huge pool and gym. The office staff are great and easy to work with.
