After requesting a tour with a specific message about dates and times I’d be in the area, I received an extremely long cookie cutter response. The email basically says (using a lot of bold, italicized, and all capital words) they own a ton of properties so you should check them out and look at our availability page. Then, you should look at our FAQs. Finally, they don’t give guided tours and you have to apply to give yourself a tour. Wow.
My favorite part of the email was the “P.S.... section:”
“We have no units available at Amberwood Townhomes at this time shown on the Rental Availability List today.”
They then talk about so many other things (about half of the entire email) that my eyes glazed over and checked them off the list. I have honestly never seen anything like this, and I could only imagine how bad their service must be as a resident if this is how they treat future residents.
