It was my first time doing an apartment tour and Jo, the leasing lady, was very helpful and patient. The apartment is nice (I toured a one bedroom) but the one I actually wanted (a studio) was unavailable.. that’s my fault though because I didn’t check the availability on the app. Anyway, I’ll keep this place in mind in case a studio becomes available in the future. Thanks again to Jo, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to tour with!

Not a bad starter apartment, but that’s about it. The craftsmanship is very poor and management doesn’t stay open past 6pm and are closed on weekends making it hard to get essential stuff done such as getting money on the laundry card. Laundry is very expensive here, and yes you do pay for water/gas/electric etc.. I read that this place had bedbugs before, and I guess it was true because we found a dead one on our vent and had to get an exterminator who has come into our unit more than once with... zero notice (notice was promised and was supposed to happen per leasing policy). I like it here. Been here for now about 4 months. The office most of the time answer but if not, I'm directed to someone always and I do get a call back.
No pest problems what so ever (thank god)
Except for a couple little harmless spiders I've killed. But hey, beats roaches, centipedes and mice right?
Parking is a racing game, but I always tend to get lucky lol.
Everything works fine.
No trouble with neighbors, in my unit. They are quiet and mind their own business like me.
Now it's certain... thinks like the closet door or bathroom door that came loose, but maintenance literally don't take their time coming so please be dressed ?? ??
