i just moved in. the process was really fast. property manager dillon was really easy to work with. very quite, clean, love the high ceilings! neighbors have been really nice. you take two steps outside and you’re in zeeland downtown. you also got the police station and post office right down the street. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment/townhome!

Beautiful, quiet, convenient
We absolutely love living here! Since moving into our townhouse in early August, our family has felt right at home. The building and its units offer a perfect blend of modern and historic charm, featuring bright, airy interiors and high-end appliances. The location in downtown Zeeland is ideal; we walk and bike more than ever because we're within walking distance to the school, library, pharmacy, and restaurants. The property manager is friendly and responsive, making us feel like part of a... community. Moving here has been a game-changer for our family and we couldn't be happier!
