We have lived here for 4 months now and have had no issues or complaints. The staff is incredibly friendly and jump on any concerns quickly (maintenance items, etc) They are extremely accommodating and we were on the first floor and couldn't hear our neighbors at all even though three kids lived across the hall from us. Pet friendly too! I highly recommend living here.

disappointment
We have been residents from the end of October. The apartment was just Ok we tried not to pay attention on poor furniture quality. But Recently I had an incident with my bicycle which was stolen from the bicycle storage room. This room has been guaranteed safe with cameras in and out of the room as well as lockers that only accept resident’s keys. I appreciate that leasing team contacted police but it has been more than a month than I was without a resolution. And the company didn’t take... responsibility for that even that it has happened in the property.

Conveniently Located!!!
I've been living here for a year and it has been wonderful. Brand new luxury apartments that have energy efficient GE appliances. Indoor heated parking garage is a blessing in the winter time. Location is wonderful. Only 10 minutes away from both the airport and Mall of America and a variety of groceries and restaurants are within 5 miles. Very friendly and helpful service and staff. It is quiet and peaceful at all times. Apartments are pet friendly and there is also a dog park here.

The best of the best!
Luxembourg has it all and then some! In addition to the resort-style amenities, this place is brand spanking new, sparkling porcelain floors, fresh paint, and community areas make you feel refreshed, relaxed, and happy to be inside the walls of 'The Lux'. Dylan and Jennifer in the front office made my family feel a part of the community from day one. They respond immediately with questions, and are always professional and courteous. The lease application process was seamless and we received... friendly and helpful updates from Bailey in Underwriting along the way. I am very happy to be able to share the feedback and we are looking forward to being a part of the community.

My 2 1/2 weeks at Luxembourg
When I arrived to Luxembourg with my moving truck, I handed the leasing agent my check and he told me he had already handed out my keys to my roommate who had gotten there earlier- which I find very strange. They did not review any guidelines, make sure I had renters insurance or even walk through the apartment with us.
The day we moved in we noticed the refrigerator was leaking at the bottom after we would use the front ice and water dispenser. It took 3 days to replace. We also had no hot... water for 4 days after we reported the problem. The dishwasher had a pool of water in it, which was taken care of promptly. However, after that was fixed it smelled terrible. They came back and ran bleach through it or something the next day. I went to run my own load of dishes and when it finished, I noticed the dishes were dirty still and the soap was just sitting at the bottom. Had to put in another request for the dishwasher. These appliances are brand new and management stated they had done a walk through before we moved in, but that is hard to believe.
It took them 2 weeks (and a non-anonymous review) to address the washing machine condensation issue we reported with the hot water issue.
Overall management isn't the most proactive. I've had a door mat in the hall for a week or so before they asked me to remove it. I'm hoping the next 50 weeks go a bit smoother and I can update this review.
