Staff in front super helpful. Im moving from downtown Minneapolis's area in hopes of finding a safer quite place for my kids . Brenda the manger explained area in great depth ! I learned of local stores near by the property as well. A lady named Dominique helped me with my application. Its easy to apply and simple to complete, no hassle.

Located in a great place and has very good service! All the employees are very caring and friendly when u call them for repairing in the apertment they come very quickly when u call the office especially Lora is a very great person and she helps u with everything u need. :)

Lots of leaking pipes in the garage. Constant water shut offs, and they do not say when it is okay to use your water again. Lots of inspections and often reschedule them. The hallways smell and there is trash constantly in the stairwells. In the apartment, outlets are loose, there is dried paint all over the carpet, and the floors squeak a lot. The people in the office are terrible at communicating and rude. Often delivering notes by sticking a paper in your door over email. Covid safety was a... joke to them. They send out notifications about inspections or repairs last minute or an hour before the office closes.
