I've been at Venue for almost 3 years. Positives: super convenient location, friendly staff, I can rarely hear my neighbors, Aldi downstairs. Negatives: maintenance of some common areas, especially workout room is lacking. Lack of transparency with "market rent" and rent increase both times I've renewed my lease, which is frustrating. Guessing management company knows once a person is in it is expensive and time consuming to move so most will stay anyway?

Wonderful Community & Management
This is the best apartment community that I have lived in. The location is phenomenal. The people are nice. The property manager and maintenance are top notch. The property manager is very responsive, pleasant to talk with and goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy. This is the best of the best. I am proud to call Venue my home.
