Great Property
Residents were very kind, location is great, community is clean and friendly, units were on the outdated side but are becoming more updated as new tenets move in, maintenance personal is awesome. Downfall is the property manager. Does not return messages, leaves passive-aggressive notes, does not follow through with what she says. We had issues moving out and the months that followed with getting information correct.
Besides the property manager, this is a great place to be.

Great Leasing Experience
I love it! Since the first time I called it! I am so lucky to have found this place and made it my home now, because since the first time I called it, the phone was answered immediately by Jamie (Property Manager) her kindness, professionalism and great information, made me feel valued and welcomed as a future resident. She has been very productive during the leasing process! Not to mention that my place is so neat, I love the green areas, friendly neighborhood and great location. The manager is... awesome! I highly recommend this place to make it your home. So happy:)

On the upswing
I have lived in the units for a little over a year and seen the on-site management as Bonnie and now as Jamie. There will always be a few hiccups but nothing that is not fixable. Jamie is working really hard to make sure all apartment and town home needs are met and fixed.These units are a good place to live in a great area. You are located near shopping and schools as well good trails.
