Overall not worth the high cost. Uneven flooring in unit, cabinets rub together. Amenities are small (gym) and party rooms are very basic (still the best touch out of everything). No patio furniture for the outdoor grill areas. Replaced my own water filter, no housekeeping or maintenance onsite. Again, my main complaint is that the rent is too high for what you are getting (or NOT getting) overall.
