I stayed here for about a year with my girlfriend until we got a bigger place with some friends. Chelsea made our move in and move out easy and stress free. Nice apartment the pool is very nice to have in the summer, quiet place for the most part all neighbors are different. I recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable apartment!

Charging me for someone elses garage
I live there 4 years ago when I moved I came in the office sign papers to transfer my garage to someone else signed my name gave them the keys and now four years later they are charging me for the garage that their new garage tenant didn't pay their excuse is they can't find the paperwork and the manager at the time doesn't work there anymore so there is nothing they can do they wont fix there mistake and dont even seem to care do not rent here if you want to feel safe and secure with your... managment cause they might lose your paperwork too and you will have to pay for your neighbors garage or rent

Very nice for a college student
I lived here up through getting my degree (2014-2018), and everything was really nice. Being that I was a college student, I didn't have much extra cash, so the rent range was perfect for me. They had a few rent specials from time to time, and resigning my lease included a rent special. Anytime I had an issue, maintenance was there in a timely manner to fix it. They were pet friendly, so Fido was allowed to live with me too! In the summer they have a pool that opens, and I was allowed to bring a... guest with me, which was also nice. The office staff was always very pleasant and I felt they wanted to get to know me personally, rather than just wanting my rent check every month. Overall, this place was great! I would recommend to any college student who is looking for a budget friendly apartment.

Century/Green Acres Apartments
Rent here at your own risk, while they do appear to have good prices you're still overpaying. I haven't lived here for a few years now but the buildings are very old and falling apart and maintenance/upkeep is not their strong suit. I've heard from friend, who until very recently still lived there, that management, while different, is still as bad as it was when I was there. Which means they will lie and do everything they can to get every cent out of you. I can't stress enough how important it... is to get everything in writing from them, doing this would have saved me well over $1000. Don't expect the pool to ever be open and don't expect to have a parking space even your single reserved one. Even if someone parks in your space you can't tow them as no tow company will go to these apartments do to some contract with another tow company that doesn't come out on nights or weekends. Don't even bother trying to deal with the after hours manager she is the most infuriatingly useless person I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Our fridge went out on a Friday afternoon and when we called she told us we should have called before Friday and they didn't bother sending someone until Tuesday. when we asked who was going to replace our spoiled food we were told it wasn't their problem. Crime here is pretty sketchy, good amount of drug use nearby, bikes and ground floor patio items are always stolen or vandalized. Someone briefly tried to break into my friend's ground floor unit until they realized someone was there. all of this on top of the smell of the area, once beat season rolls around 4 months of the year that place smells like a sewage plant (seriously not a joke). Its sad to say but in all honesty this was the worst place I ever rented from and this includes an apartment that burned down 3 weeks after moving in destroying all our stuff. I understand options are limited around that area but know what you're getting into before coming here.

Green Acres Apartments
We recently moved out of one of the 2 bedroom apartments. Paid the same for a full 2 bedroom but had some room taken out as the laundry room was right next to our room. The apartment cupboards are held by tiny nails and the bottoms of the shelves are all warped in the middle, bending down like a U. The counter top in the kitchen comes up on one corner as it doesn't seem to have been properly put in for the long run. We have a few cockroaches which, when I found them, made me sick and lose my... appetite. If you are on the ground floor and have items on the patio, beware of the lawnmower man who wont care if he knocks over plants or what not and will not pick them up. Lower apartments run the risk of smokers dropping butts on your patio and stomping around all night. They wont allow holes in the walls so they must expect you to use tiny little nails (just like the ones which hold in the cupboard shelves. The dishwasher isn't even pushed all the way in its place (so the right side of the door protrudes past the counter top), it hardly cleans the dishes. After a few weeks the dishwasher itself becomes really dirty. The maintenance guy shows up about a day after you make a call which is nice, although be prepared for him to unlock your door and come in after he knocks and asks if anyone is there, and waits 3 seconds. I'm not even sure if he announces his presence until he opens the door and pokes his head in. The one good thing is that the office people are friendly.
