Maintenance and upkeep of building is pure trash. Speaking of trash go check out the one over filled with nothing but dog poop that’s spilling on to the sidewalk out back. Other than that, if something breaks. Fix it? No. Ignore it. If it was broken by a tenant. Charge them? Yes. Replace it? No. Management will take accountability for absolutely nothing. If the issue at hand isn’t completely ignored you’ll receive a finger pointed at someone else.

Regarding the trash area, our maintenance team thoroughly inspected and resolved the issue... immediately following the holiday. These areas are monitored and serviced weekly to ensure cleanliness and organization.
With respect to repairs and replacements, when a resident moves out, our team carefully compares the unit's condition to its original move-in state, taking normal wear and tear into consideration. However, in some instances, such as when carpet is heavily stained beyond what is considered normal wear and tear, we have no choice but to replace it to ensure the next resident moves into a home that meets our quality standards.
Our goal is always to be fair and transparent while maintaining a high level of care for our community. If you’d like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to reach out directly—we’re here to help.

This is a perfect location and a beautiful apartment! I like the security along with ability to have pets. It’s a very clean building. The only downfall is the lack of parking when having guest over.

Kristina was a huge help during the in-person tour. She was quick with details and gave an efficient tour of the building. The building has everything to offer, classy too. The location in Edina, doesn’t get any better. Very professional front desk as well.
