Living Laurel Gave up our beautiful home near bidet makasca after 37 years it was sad to go but we don't regret it we love living Laurel the pool sauna party room with all added immensely to our lives here.

Very Poor Management | Stay Away

Similar to a prior review, this complex was recently bought by a new company. The effect of which is broken promises, nickle and diming to minimize their own bottom line, utilities that amount to over $200+ over the listed monthly rent, and many other problems. I lived here prior to the buyout and it wasn't always this bad. Like I said, STAY AWAY. I'll be moving out once our lease ends to find a better place.

Wish the management was better

This property has new management and it shows in all the worst ways. Maintenance requests are rarely (if ever) addressed, and the property manager is impossible to find. Waited from April to late October before they fixed the heating. A broken door handle on our floor has been that way for weeks.

We’ve had mold in our unit for almost a year and nothing done about it, until today when they drilled a hole in our wall to find a leak and even more mold. No mention of a temporary place to live, or... any sort of remediation!

We love the property for the area and neighbors, but this might just drive us out.
