I lived here for about 5 years. The place was always very quiet. The people that lived here were always friendly. Management was also friendly and great to work with. Maintenance were quick to respond to issues and to fix them. It had a family or community feel to it. :)

Friendly setting
This place has friendly people and gives you a sense of a community setting. The building is secure and it makes me feel safe. Management is easy to talk to, always willing to talk to me and not brush me off. Great place to live.

Great place to live
I've lived here since the building opened in Oct 2015. It is very nice and quiet (on 3rd floor) and very relaxing. I do not hear my neighbors, unless a door slams in the main hallway. Which is rare. When I contact the onsite manager for any issues, she takes care of them right away. Love the onsite library, laundry room, exercise room, and elevator. The only issue I have had is if something breaks and I need maintenance, they are not nearby and only come onsite every other week. Otherwise I... have no complaints. Onsite management does a great job cleaning the main common areas weekly and as needed. And is very friendly.

Not kept up
It was nice when We first moved in when they opened almost 4 years ago. It has steadily gone down hill. Nothing is spent on upkeep, the carpets in the hallways are badly stained as they have not been cleaned once.Manager has three more apt buildings and shouldn't have.Take a good look before you rent.

Ok property
This property has very nice common areas, a community kitchen/dining and living room area, a couple of sitting areas, a "library" -(think study), a workout room and an onsite laundry room. Drawbacks are: the buildings and grounds are not thoroughly maintained which will result in the property looking like a slum within a few short years, maintenance employee resides in Brainerd and can only come every couple weeks or less, so repairs do not happen in a timely manner. Pets are allowed and... apartments may not be free of pet residue when you move in, as they are not thoroughly cleaned. Also be informed that feeding wildlife (including birds) and lawn ornamentation are prohibited, bikes and other such things aren't allowed on patios, there is only one small bike rack, and there are not enough garages for each apartment. Also this complex is not family friendly. Children aren't allowed at the playground without adults, and in general do not seem welcome as far as management is concerned. This is a nice place for busy career adults or for retirees who are ready to let go of the simple pleasures associated with outside ornamentation and wildlife viewing.
