Fernbrook View Apartments does not charge tenants or keep security deposits for normal wear and tear to an apartment unit.
It is Fernbrook View Apartments policy to conduct a thorough walk thru and the start and end of a lease term to document the... condition of the apartment unit. A Tenants security deposit may be used by the Landlord to recover damage to an apartment unit only if the damage is above and beyond normal wear and tear.
