Excellent place and management!

We have been living here for 2 years and this is great experience so far! Location is great and the price is reasonable. Property manager Tracy and maintenance team have done a fabulous job. They are very responsive and professional and always helpful. I appreciate the great job!

Great Experience!

My friend and I lived here for 1.5 years and loved it! Being able to walk to lunch/dinner, getting a tan on one of the many beaches all around you and you can’t beat those sunsets over the lake!

Very Impressed

I recently moved into 2920 Dean Parkway and I'm very happy with my experience so far. Roxanne the property manager has been very professional and made the moving in process a breeze. The location is fantastic and my apartment was very clean when I moved in. Would high recommend these apartments and this management group.

Excellent location and Apartment Management team!

I have moved to MN from another state knowing no one nor the place. Roxane who is the part of the Management team made my moving experience more than anyone could have asked for. She kindly and patiently showed me the apartment, educated me about the area and all that it has to offer. And now I am proud to call this place my new home! I wish for everyone to have such an excellent moving experience as I did-thanks to Roxane!

Great place to live

I have lived here for over a year and had a great experience. If anything needs attention in my unit, management prioritizes it. The building is situated right off the Greenway and is flanked by Lakes Bde Maka Ska, Isles & Cedar Lake, which makes it perfect for people who are active. My unit is carpeted (others I understand are hard wood) and has been kept in good condition. I have found this a friendly place to be, with good management and in a prime location.
