This was my first time living alone and I ended up staying for two years! I loved this place so so much! The location is convenient, the apartments are beautiful, and the grounds crew is simply amazing. If you're looking for a luxury apartment this won't be for you. Its an old building that comes with quirks and less than ideals by nature. But if you're looking for a homie place to make your own, give it a try :)

I literally cannot say enough to dissuade anyone from renting these apartments. One star is too many. First off, these pictures are wildly inaccurate. The units are run down, poorly kept and dirty. The landlord is nearly impossible to contact and is unhelpful when he is reached. The worst is the property manager though. I've literally never encountered anyone so impatient and rude. From the first time I spoke with her, when I called to inquire about any availabilities, she cut me off, raised... her voice and ended up hanging up on me.
