Colfax Villas I Apartments is located in Minneapolis, MN in the 55409 zip code.
The loft style studios are different than your typical studios in that there is a dividing wall separating the living and sleeping areas. I really like this, and it makes the apartment seem more like a 1 bed than a studio. Some parts of the building are a little dated, but I kind of like this, as it gives it a sort of "vintage" feel. The building is quiet and so far the management has been great and maintenance requests get done in a timely manner. Great location also! Would recommend.

Very Cozy
I love this apartment, its super close to the lake and has been kept up very well by the owners. They truly take pride in the outdoor appearance of the apartment and I think it is the best looking place on the block. It's in close proximity to the popular uptown area- which has many dining and shopping options!
