I went to go resign my lease and no one was ever in the office went down evey single day during business hours and now I don't know what's gonna happen... they mess with peoples housing do not live here it's a terrible experience. I then a couple weeks later went down to ask for a copy of my lease since I never received one at the time I was supposed to resign my lease and never did due to nobody being in the office, and they refused to give it to me which is also very rude, disrespectful, and... sketchy so now I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer since I'm now trying to move and can't get any information on my lease....

No way this place is real
I have tried for months to get ahold of this property through phone and email. They dont answer the phone. They don't email back. The ONE time I got through, they were very unenthusiastic to help once I mentioned I was looking for an income restricted unit. Since then, there website has been broken. They phone number has been disconnected for a while. It looks amazing but what is going on...

The office NEVER answers the phone. i’ve called everyday and different times, multiple times & they have not once ever answered or emailed me back. I am not interested in getting a place here anymore, completely ridiculous.

Unprofessional & Poor Communication
This property and the management it is under is completely unprofessional and does not communicate at all. I was in the apple process for over three months, had my move in date moved four times, contacted the property and corporate numerous times to no responses even when left voicemails. They show a sheer lack of care and disregard for the applicant. They are completely unprofessional and do not communicate at all. It got to the point I went to receive my keys and sign my lease on my last given... move in date (with the moving truck) and no one was there. They simply texted me I could move in the next week, yet again.
I would highly highly recommend you avoid this property as well as the Common Bond corporate company. You will get your time and money wasted. I am fortunate enough to have a current place, or else I would be houseless if not. Please avoid at all costs.

Sketch and sales
I approve for the tax credit, but he lied and said they don’t offer that when it’s on the website and brochure. He then tried to tell some story and mentioned about a wait list - which I’m fine with waiting. So he proceeded my application through at market rate and I never heard back once I sent the money order. I canceled the money order cuz I couldn’t get a call back or email regarding availability or a tour. Once they realized they weren’t able to cash it, non-stop phone calls to see if I was... still interested-obvs not. Also, at market rate you’re paying for water, heat, & elec? It all adds up so I’d recommend seeking else where with those rates.
