Pros: -Prompt maintenance -Balcony -Close to U of M campus -Parking space included -Close to the 3 bus line -Air conditioner in wall -They let us keep a cat (no fee)
Cons: -Maintenance/Owner let themselves in very often (made me very uncomfortable) -Owner would sometimes show up without warning and ask to show the apartment -Price was high for the location and quality -Heating issues had to be fixed multiple times -Will not accept multiple rent checks -AC wasn't strong
I've lived in this... apartment for two years in a row because I had a good deal going on with my roommates and got my own room, but I would not have stayed for the apartment alone. The price was almost 500 dollars more than my previous apartment for the same space, and only slightly closer to campus. But I know a lot of people who lived here for multiple years, so there must be something good about it!
