I moved in here with my daughter less than a month ago and upon move-in we discovered that there was a problem with the fuse box for the air conditioner unit in my apartment. Zach, the go to maintenance guy here, had it taken care of within two days. There have been a couple other miscellaneous issues that needed to be addressed and both of them were taken care of literally the same day. So far I’m very happy with the customer service here as well as the location. My daughter is thriving and I... am very satisfied with the decision to move here!

Decent for location
I have lived here for a year and the price is good compared to the other apartments if you are wanting to live here for location - walkable to bars, restraints, target, cub. If the nightlife isn’t your main attraction then live somewhere else - overpriced for no amenities (“workout” place is a joke) and parking, as well as loud neighbors and creaky floors if not carpeted. Management is a little bit of a curve ball but they always eventually respond and good about resolving issues.
