I lucked out when I found this location. I came from out of state and I rented it without seeing it in person. I was nervous about renting a place I hadn't seen and also just generally renting after owning a home for a long time. These apartments are better than the apartments I remembered having in my youth. I was worried about the noise from adjacent apartments. But after living here for several years I will tell you that it's a pretty quiet building. I very rarely notice my neighbors. ... The top floor sky deck is beautiful. I love it when I have people visit me from my home state. They are always enamored with the sky deck and the amazing views of Lake Bde Maka Ska as well as the city views.

Good location, horrible management
This is a great spot to live during the spring/summer months as it is located right across from lake calhoun. However, the current management of this property should be a big red flag if you are considering this location. The property management is virtually non-existant, with no feedback taken from the current residents and notices of any ongoing projects are only posted with flyers (typically only a day or so in advance) and they always come with delays. When looking at pricing, the property... manager will make broad promises (that management is looking into allowing personal grills, that the laundry room will accept cards instead of coins only, that renovations to apartments will be minimally disruptive) however none of these are ever executed on and when talking to people at Kleinman, they are very unresponsive. They have priced out a number of current occupants without any regard to the community and the property manager never solicits recommendations or comments about noise disruptions.
Again, this place is great, and with the right price it can be a good value. however, be cautious when you are shown any apartment as what is promised on can be expected to have no execution or delivery.
