Security Deposit $600 (on approved credit; pending application decision). Additional Deposit of up to 1 months’ rent if Co-signer needed… Having NO or bad Credit, will not qualify, so plan ahead if need a Co-Signer. If a Co-Signer needed, it must be an immediate family member only and they will submit an application within 24 hours of initial decision or the application will be denied.
