Management

Apartment itself was ok, but had a lot of ants and other insects roaming about. Had an issue when management did failed to report new tenant to electric company and I got charged for time I was not there. Management refused to do anything about it. Be careful and watch your accounts.

Poor management can’t handle snowstorms

If it snows heavy here overnight be prepared to miss work the next morning, completely unacceptable that it takes more than 24 hours for the parking lots to get cleared. Overall not impressed with the very rude and incompetent staff that manages this building.

Please know that I communicate very closely with our contracted plowing service every year. They are on top of the weather and have a method to which the plowing is done...

See the below dates
Our first plow run-through was last night. Today, we've had our 2nd run - through and a 3rd is scheduled for later tonight. These run - throughs are around parked cars.

I'm not able to schedule a FULL plow until the snow is forecasted to end. A FULL plow is when we post to all residents which you'll see is for Friday, 10:00am on the 5th.

Date expected service: Tuesday and Wednesday 1/3 and 1/4.

Love living here - awesome price!

I love the location and the fact that they are cleaning up and renovating the apartments and hallways too. Underground garage is included, which never happens and heat, water etc is all included in the rent amount. New management is so much more responsive dive and friendly! I’m happy with the changes.

this is home!

I have lived here since 2005, management is amazing, when somthing needs attention it is addressed within 24 hours. I can seriously say I have never had one major issue in the 13 years I have been here. Thank you Cindy for making cedarhill apartments my home... RM
