The place has gone downhill over the years. The property is no longer clean, rarely vacuumed, the residents leave trash on the lawn or in parking lot, residents don't clean up after their dog. Smells like pot in the hallways most days.

no one works here
I have tried to get a hole of this complex for quite sometime. It is a red flag large enough for me to move on and find someplace else when every time I can (even during the alleged office hours) no one is ever able to answer the phone. Additionally the voicemail for this establishment still states the office worker will be gone from X date to X date in July while we are well into August. This tells me that not only are they almost never there for their current or future residents but they... are also not on the ball when they are there. I am very disappointed in the management of this place and I don't even live there, I cant imagine what it would be like if you needed something as a resident.
