Current resident, no way I’m resigning a lease here. Parking has gotten worse and worse by the day. Guests take up a decent amount of the already limited spots in already overcrowded lot, good luck going anywhere after 7:00 and having a spot to park! Not to mention the fee for the empty unground structure is really high. Staff is always wonderful but I can’t live where I can’t park.
