Diamond in the rough
Nicest apartments in the area, by far. I am currently living there, for last 2 years. Management team is phenomenal, very friendly and professional. They take pride in this property. Every maintenance issue I have had has been addressed extremely quickly. Quiet buildings. Only 2 complaints. First, I have is that the people living above me stomp around a lot, so if they ever remodel these, I suggest adding some increased insulation in the floors/ceilings. Second is a lack of power in garage... stalls. There is no lights or outlets available in garages, or any outlets near parking. So, if you have a block heater or need a battery tender you are out of luck. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Lived there for 2 years, no problems
Great place to live, had some small issues when I moved in, but were taken care of promptly. Place is a little worn in, but great otherwise. Very fair and nicely run. Beautifully kept area. Apartments designed in such a way to minimize neighbor connections, so it was generally very quiet. I had to break my lease, but they were courteous, and found a replacement within 2 months.

Excellent management
I stayed in Landmark estates apartment for 1.8 years and it was the best of all apartments I stayed before. The first thing is the apartment management. I had the best response and the maintenance requests were immediately addressed. I was breaking my lease and the manager was very cooperative and he found new tenant quickly which reduced by breakage charge by one month. I was working in downtown and the only complaint is the commute. The public transport is not frequent and I lost most of my... time in commuting. If you are working in downtown it is better to get apartment south of Minneapolis where the public transport is frequent. If you are going to work in Cummins , Fridley this is the excellent location. All the best.

Very good but disappointed with last winter snow removal
Everyone who comes to visit can't believe how nice these apartments are kept up. I agree. It's quiet, it's well maintained maintenance wise (you call with a need and it's addressed very quickly or within 15 mins if emergent), the price for the size of apartments is great. A hidden gem in the area...
I only have one complaint: I was grossly disappointed this last year with the snow removal. I leave for work at 6am and NOTHING was plowed or shoveled and I had to buy knee high boots to trudge my... way out to my garage to my car in the morning. I have never lived anywhere that plowing and snow removal is not addressed before people leave for work in the morning. I really hope the management office addresses this problem this winter season.
