We lived here for 3 years and loved it! The apartment was spacious and had tons of storage closets. The price was reasonable and near plenty of bike trails and parks (our favorite was Lake Johanna). Being close to 35w means you can get anywhere easily, and the new sound wall is a plus to dampen the noise! The true hidden gem of this place is the landlord. Chris is extremely professional, down to earth, and fair. Because it is family owned, you get a service not seen by large corporations. Had we... not bought a house, we would have stayed here indefinitely. -Matt and Jen T.

Chateau Royal Apartments
The location is nice because it is right by 35W which makes it easy to get to most everywhere. Unfortunately, being so close to 35W does cause there to be a lot highway noise around the clock. The apartments are decent sized and very reasonably priced. The apartments include oven/range, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal. There is a laundry room with one washer and one dryer on each floor. Apartment also has a balcony. There is an indoor pool in the building but it has been closed for... at least a year with no signs of being opened anytime soon. The other building also has an indoor pool which is available for everyone to use.

Thank you for the review of our location. Please note that the 35W Sound Wall project was completed in Fall of 2021 and now we enjoy a much quieter outdoors for all! Also, you are accurate on the second pool... we have decommissioned that pool many... years ago due to having another indoor pool for all to use.
