Parking policy changed mid lease although many units have boats and RV’s I’m being told I need to get rid of my 3rd car.
Pool is late to open due to “repairs” a second year in a row.
Neighbor noise is horrible and you can hear everything.
Many units have dead grass and garbage on patio areas. Very poorly kept and some units have vehicles in lawn.
I would never recommend this property to anyone.

better manage vehicles within our community. Fortunately, every one of our homes includes an attached garage and private driveway to park their vehicles in!

CSM policies and rules are very heavy handed of towing, parking permits. It’s not a home anymore. It’s just anxiety inducing worrying about being towed or harassed! Very disappointed.

Bass Lake Townhomes' Rivergate layout is wonderful with the wooded view from the patio. The setup is nice but lacks a pantry. The management is staffed with very nice people that have been living on site for awhile.
Only main complaint is that the pool needs to be taken care of so it can actually be filled and used. It is an amenity included in the lease that we pay to have.
