First time renter but they ask you to buy new furniture to prevent infestation of bugs but they don't take care of their own. They have strict rules for living there and don't always like replacing appliances especially when it's necessary. They didn't bother to tell us about a break-in fall 2014 in the unit next to us until we found out from another tenant.
