This place has a wonderful maintenance man. Fast to respond and friendly. The apartments are upkept well and pretty modern looking. The parking is hard in the winter because you can't park on the street and there is not enough parking in the lot. All of the common areas are nice, but there are really no amenities besides the fitness center.

I love my home
We had a house and because of my health we had to sale our home. My sister, her husband and puppy said move here!!! We did. It's handicap accessible. The management has be wonderful in helping with my needs.

Home sweet home
At Lyndale plaza Apts you not only get very well thought out apt homes with the very best of living spaces and beautiful appliances and crown molding and the feel of living in a home but the grounds are very well kept and lovely to look at all year round. The neighbor hood is growing with new eateries and stores schools lake and nature center walking paths and handycap friendly everywhere ! I can truly say "there's no place like home!!

Great value without sacrifice
The location is ideal for anyone looking to live or work in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area as it is right off both 35W and 62 and just a mile from 494. Just minutes to downtown Minneapolis or out to more rural suburbs, its the perfect in between. Within easy walking distance are several delicious restaurants, a gym and grocery stores.
Not only is the building ideal, but the people who keep it going are great. From the leasing agent to the maintenance personel everyone is there to... help and make living at Lyndale Plaze a breeze.
